Returns & Exchanges Policy

    • From 45-60 Days: Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, and no exchanges are offered.

    • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with all original packaging and documentation (e.g., certificates for certified items).

    • Initial Defects: Report any manufacturing defects within 5 days of receipt for a prompt replacement.
    • Transit Issues: Notify the carrier immediately of any damages or losses incurred during shipping. KIOKORI is not responsible for damages or losses during transit.
  • Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items:
    • Custom Engraved Jewelry: Due to its personalized nature, custom-engraved jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged. But we may be able to fix any customer spelling errors, please contact us for help.
